Designed by Taylor Lewis of TL Strength & Academy of Total Performance specifically for young baseball and softball players. This workout program focuses on functional strength, stability, conditioning, and injury prevention to help players get ready for a successful Spring season.

WEEKDAYS: 4:30 - 6:00pm
WEEKENDS: 9:00 - 10:30am
1 hour of physical training
30 minutes of hitting practice
For the final 2 weeks, we will incorporate a short throwing program to help players build arm strength for the upcoming season.
